What Upkeep does

A preset catalogue of standard jobs — HVAC filters, gutters, smoke-detector batteries, water-heater flush — grouped by area of the home and always editable.
Reminders when a job is due, scheduled on your device: seasonal tasks anchor to months, interval tasks to when you last did them.
A service log that can't be taken away — every completion with date, cost, notes and photos, on your own phone.
A clear dashboard — the next 30 days, what is overdue, and what the house has cost you this year.
PDF or CSV service history, generated on your device for insurance or resale.
Optional app lock and encrypted Google Drive backup — both off until you turn them on.

Suggested intervals are common rules of thumb you can edit. They do not replace a manufacturer's instructions or a professional inspection.

There is no account to create, no analytics watching you, and no server of ours holding a copy — so there is nothing for us to leak, sell or lose. Export your data whenever you like; nothing you have already written down disappears if you stop paying.
