CycleKept Privacy Policy

CycleKept is a period tracker built so that it cannot betray your privacy. This policy is short because the app does so little with your data.

The short version

CycleKept does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your data — full stop. Your cycle stays in an encrypted database on your device.

What the app stores

Your periods, daily logs (flow, symptoms, mood, notes), and settings are stored only on your device, encrypted. There is no server and no account, so this data is never uploaded and we never see it. It cannot be subpoenaed from us, because we do not have it.

Data we do NOT collect

No name, email, phone, or account (no sign-up).
No health/cycle data leaves your device.
No location, contacts, or advertising identifiers.
No analytics, no third-party SDKs that phone home, no ads — ever.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Nothing is sent through a server.

Exports you choose to share

The Pro cycle PDF is generated on your device and shared only via the share sheet you explicitly invoke.

Purchases

Optional Pro features are sold through the App Store / Google Play (RevenueCat); those platforms process payment. CycleKept never sees your payment details.

Not medical advice

CycleKept records what you log and shows estimates from your own history. It is not a medical device, not a diagnosis, and NOT a contraceptive or a way to plan a pregnancy. Consult a healthcare professional.
